Cat2Fold

The worlds largest, folding, trailerable, sailing catamaran! Unique folding carbon fibre beams allow Cat2Fold to reduce its overall beam while on the water to fit into a monohull slip or onto a road legal trailer.

As the builder of this unique 11m/36ft boat, I worked with designer Kurt Hughes and original owner Rafi Frank to bring this technically challenging project into reality. Vacuum infused foam/glass/carbon and epoxy resin construction.
